In Uganda, the speed limit on highways is 100 km/h, outside built-up areas, it is 80 km/h (50 mph), and in urban areas, 50 km/h. Keep in mind that you must also need to be wearing your seatbelt at all times, and a baby seat that is rear-facing must never be fitted into a seat protected by an active frontal airbag.
